We will work together to understand your underlying needs and explore healthy ways to meet them. We will develop strategies and skills to address unwanted patterns of behaviour and to build new healthy ways to cope and thrive moving forward.

My approach is about creating a safe, non-judgemental space where we can discuss what is important to you. My approach is informed by a number of therapeutic modes including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), along with Strengths, Solution focused and Narrative therapy.
