Hi, I’m Megan
I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults on their journey to embrace their authentic selves.
I’m known for my authentic, creative and bubbly demeanour, embracing the messiness that comes with being human.
I am a registered psychologist experienced in providing therapeutic support across the lifespan in both private and public settings. I believe that compassion and respect are the foundation of a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship.
My approach is neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I particularly value going beyond the surface with mental health issues. I work collaboratively with clients, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Schema, Attachment and Solution-Focused Therapies.
